Join a monthly 45-minute online guided outdoor session to experience nature-based relaxation and learn simple yet powerful tools to support your well-being. These sessions provide a safe container for self-exploration while fostering accountability, encouraging both you and others to consistently show up for yourselves. A personal journey with the wisdom of others.
Each gathering integrates diverse tools to learn and develop, helping you stay healthy, focused, and energized throughout the day. Even in challenging situations. You’ll gain practical strategies to manage stress, deepen relaxation, and build resilience, extending beyond the sessions into daily life. Whether you’re looking for more balance in your workday or a stronger connection to all details of life, these accountability sessions give you actionable techniques for your everyday routine.
The program is led by two experienced guides with distinct yet complementary expertise:
Naomi, a personal development coach and Beàta a nature therapy-based wellbeing guide. Their combined knowledge brings a rich and holistic approach to balance immersive nature connection with personal growth strategies. This unique blend ensures that you gain both grounding, relaxation practices and structured, empowering tools for self-development.
Take a break and show up for yourself. Consistently. Once a month, to fit into your busy schedule but to allow you to commit to yourself.

How: online via Zoom
Where: you can join from anywhere as long as it is a safe, reasonably quiet outdoor space. A park, your garden or balcony, a nearby forest or an urban green while walking home from work. Make sure that you are ready for the outdoor location and weather with your clothing, shoes etc.
Who will welcome you to these sessions:
Beàta Szablics: Founder of Your Nature Anew, a certified forest and nature therapy guide and deep relaxation teacher, who combines various modalities to support people to learn tools for stress management and healthy living. She works with diverse groups and individuals to bring them back to nature and their unique serene but wild side.
Naomi Wernecke: Founder of Wernecke Coaching and co-founder of UP Zürich. A certified coach with several years of experience supporting people on their personal development journey. A yoga practitioner and outdoor sport enthusiast, who actively works with nature as backdrop for her clients` engagement.
